Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Serna Media Inc. ("Serna Media Inc.", "we", "us"), the company that operates ClickPlays. By creating an account or using ClickPlays, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password safe.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding agreement (at least 13, and the age of majority where you live if you're paying).

Your content stays yours

The plays, playbooks, and notes you create are yours. We don't claim ownership of them.

To run the service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, and share your content, but only as needed to operate and improve ClickPlays for you (for example, saving a play, creating its thumbnail, or showing a play you chose to share). "Non-exclusive" means you keep all of your rights and can use your content any other way you like. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies kept briefly in routine backups, and any copies others already saved or that you chose to make public.

Ideas and suggestions. If you send us an idea, suggestion or feedback about ClickPlays, we may build on it freely, with no payment or credit due. Your plays, playbooks and notes are not suggestions; they stay yours.

Sharing & public content

• You decide what to share. Anything you share or make public can be seen by others.
• Only share content you have the right to share.
• You can make content private again at any time, though copies others already saved may remain with them.

Important about public content: once you make a play or profile public, or share a link, you accept that it may be viewed, downloaded, copied, saved, cached, or indexed by search engines and other people or automated tools (bots/scrapers), anywhere in the world. We can't control what others do with content after it becomes public, and we are not responsible for it. If you later make something private or delete it, copies others already saved, and pages already indexed or cached by search engines, may continue to exist outside of our control.

Sideline pages

A Sideline page is a page you publish about your team schedules, practice, location and payment information. You are solely responsible for everything published on your Sideline page and for any claim that arises from it, and the indemnification section below applies to that content in full.

Athlete information is prohibited. You may not post on a Sideline page any information that identifies, or could reasonably be used to identify, an athlete or other minor. This includes, without limitation, names, jersey numbers, photographs or video, dates of birth or ages, schools, home addresses, contact details, and health or medical information. This prohibition applies regardless of any consent given by a parent or guardian, because such consent may later be withdrawn and information already published cannot be recalled. The only personal information you may publish on a Sideline page is your own. We may remove any page that violates this section and may suspend or terminate the associated account.

Fair use, what's not allowed

Please don't:

• Break the law, or post content that's hateful, harassing, or infringes someone's rights.
• Try to hack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Resell or copy the service as your own.
• Upload anything harmful, like malware.

We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

PRO, the trial, and older free accounts

What PRO is.

• PRO is a paid subscription, monthly or yearly, with unlimited playbooks and plays, the practice planner, Sideline pages, printing, exporting and sharing.
• Sideline pages require a paid subscription and are not part of the trial.

The trial.

• New accounts start with a seven-day PRO trial. A payment card is required to start it. Nothing is charged during the seven days.
• When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged to that card. The first charge date and amount are shown before you enter your card and again on your billing page.
• Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

Billing and renewal.

• Your subscription renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You consent to us charging your payment method on a recurring basis without asking your approval for each charge, until you cancel.
• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment partner. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Prices may change. We will give notice of meaningful changes before they apply to you.

Cancellation.

• Cancel any time from your billing page. You keep PRO until the end of the period you already paid for.

Accounts from before September 9, 2026.

• If you created a free account before September 9, 2026 and have no subscription, everything you made stays yours and stays editable. Creating anything new on that account requires PRO.

Canceling & deleting your account

You can stop using ClickPlays at any time and request deletion of your account and data by emailing [email protected]. We may also suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how deletion works.

You cover us (indemnification)

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClickPlays and its team from any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to: (a) the content you create, upload, share, or make public; (b) your use of the service; (c) your violation of these terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of another person. In plain terms: if someone brings a claim against us because of something you did or posted, that's on you, not us.

The service is provided "as is"

We work hard to keep ClickPlays running well, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or fit every purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ClickPlays is provided "as is" without warranties, and we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Keep your own copies of anything important to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to ClickPlays or these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and continuing to use ClickPlays after a change means you accept the new terms.
