Where did that corner routine go?
Every coach owns a tactics board. The board remembers nothing.
The magnetic board shows one formation at a time and remembers none of them. The corner routine you walked through on Saturday lives nowhere: the next team talk wipes it, and next Saturday you rebuild it from memory, magnet by magnet.
The tactics apps have their own reputation: sessions lost to crashes, no undo, and licenses locked to one device, so the plan you built on the laptop is not on the phone you brought to the pitch.
You coach after work. The session plan is the last job of the night, and drawing one activity by hand takes longer than running it. Most weeks the plan stays in your head, and practice starts with you inventing it on the walk over.
The board was never the problem. Losing the work was.
ClickPlays is a tactics board with a memory. Draw on a real pitch, the IFAB 105 x 68 with true boxes and arcs, or the small-sided frames your age group actually plays: 9v9, 7v7, 4v4. Runs are solid, passes are dashed, a dribble is the wavy line, a shot ends in a target: the same grammar as every coaching board. Every drawing saves to your playbook with its own name, and prints clean.

Set pieces are plays
Corners and free kicks decide close matches and get the least board time. Draw each routine once, name it, and walk the runs on a printed sheet instead of rebuilding magnets.
-
The pitch matches the age group
Four frames ship: 11v11 (FIFA 105 x 68), 9v9, 7v7 and 4v4, the US Soccer small-sided formats. A 7v7 activity draws on a 7v7 pitch, not a shrunken full field.
-
Saved, not wiped
Every diagram lives in your playbook with a name. Change the routine and the sheet updates; nothing depends on one device, one app install, or one photo of a whiteboard.
ClickPlays is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA, the IFAB, or US Soccer. Pitch dimensions follow the published Laws of the Game and the US Soccer Player Development Initiatives.
Sessions your players can read
Draw the activity on the frame it uses: a passing pattern on the 7v7 pitch, cones where the gates go, arrows in the grammar players already know from the board. Print the session and coach from the page instead of your memory.
Unlimited plays on the free plan, so every corner, pattern and activity you own gets drawn, not just the first two. If your first diagram does not come out cleaner than the photo of your whiteboard, close the tab and you have lost nothing.
