Is the practice plan template really free?

What is on the template?
A timed schedule with start and end times per drill, a daily emphasis line, announcements, a quote of the day, a ruled notes area, and a page of real play diagrams. It comes with a filled-in example practice and a blank copy.
How long should a basketball practice be?
Rarely more than 90 minutes. The example plan in the template runs 90 minutes with warmup, skill blocks, team play, and end-of-game work, and puts about 20 percent of the time on shooting.
Does this work for youth and travel teams?
Yes. The sheet does not assume an age group: you set the block times. Younger teams usually run shorter practices with more, smaller blocks, so a 10u session might be 60 minutes in eight blocks where a varsity session is 90 in five. The blank copy has empty time rows for exactly that.
Can I edit the template?
